Processing Time for Shipments



Within the United States, all orders are completed within 5 business days. On weekends and holidays, orders are not sent or delivered.



Shipments may be delayed if we are experiencing a high volume of orders. Please allow for additional delivery days in transit. We will notify you via email if there will be a major delay in the dispatch of your order.

 

There are times when delivery delays are unavoidable.



Due to the fact that some things are made to order, shipping and delivery may take longer than expected.



Please be aware that we make every attempt to ship and deliver items as soon as possible.



Backordered products will be sent separately at no additional charge. The items that are currently in stock will be sent out first. The remainder of your order will be fulfilled whenever the backordered goods become available.

 

Rates for Shipping



Your order's shipping costs will be calculated and displayed during checkout. The fees are calculated depending on the total weight of the items and the shipping address.

United States Postal Service (USPS)
UPS
FedEx
DHL


Once the shipping provider has supplied a tracking number, your order will be updated with the most up-to-date tracking information.

Please note that certain orders sent via USPS 1st Class Mail do not obtain tracking numbers.





Orders from Around the World



Import charges and taxes may apply to your items. Those fees are your responsibility as the consumer. Before placing a purchase on our website, we recommend that you verify with your local customs office because these taxes can be large and we are unable to calculate them for you.
